○ Do you travel for on-site locations?
Yes, I travel for location weddings & photoshoots only. Travel fees apply after 20km. Normal standard makeup applications are at my home studio.
○ What products do you use?
I use a variety of brands on clients. My kit consists of Mac cosmetics, Giorgio Armani, Benefit, Huda Beauty,,Nars, ABH, The Balm Co. to name a few. All clients looks are customised to the individual so products vary between clients. The lashes I use are Modelrocklashes & Tatti lashes. (Cruelty Free)
○ How far in advance do I need to book?
I take bookings for weddings up to 12 months prior to your date as we all know, wedding season is a very busy time and dates during wedding season get booked quickly. However, bookings are only confirmed once deposit has been paid.
Normal standard bookings can be made up to 3 weeks early, although, if it is for an event - book early to not miss a spot.
○ Do I need to pay a deposit & what's your refund policy?
Yes for bridal bookings, I charge 15% of your wedding date price. This must be paid before booking date is held.
Full payments are refundable up to 60 days prior to your booking date.
Cancelled bookings 30 days prior are refundable for half of your full payment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Standard makeup applications do not require deposits however, cancellations need to be made 24 hours prior to booking date.
○ Do you do hair as well?
I personally do not do hair - for makeup bookings with hair included, I partner with @salthairstanley where you are able to book hair & makeup packages. Please email to enquire about prices.
